Production and shipping
Lead Time It typically takes around 10 days from design confirmation to shipping. However, due to the handmade nature of the product created by a single artist, it may take more than two weeks. Please check the schedule and confirm before ordering if time is critical.
Important Notes
Refunds are not available once the design process has started.
Photos and videos of the production process and the finished product may be used for promotion and portfolio purposes on SNS, YouTube, etc.
About the Artwork This unique handmade piece is created using tufting techniques, a form of textile art, followed by detailed finishing work such as shearing and carving. It is a one-of-a-kind special creation.
